The third strip

The same as last year, we have to wear the 3rd kit at least once or pay a penalty to FA.
The club decide to fob it off for FA Cup games (even if we are at home???), but we are away to Everton... somehow cannot see the shirt being used for this match.
So if we lose, which with our record there is a distinct probability, not even possibility, I suppose we will wait until the last away game of the season to wear it.
Good planning as always.

This really shows how inept Gold and Sullivan are. Sod bring fourth in the league with the strongest squad for years, this kit malarkey is far more important.

I'm not happy with the idea of us playing in some random* collection of colours in the Cup Final, instead of our traditional colours.
I hope I get the opportunity to be pissed off by this, though.
*Or are they random - purple helmet, golden showers and black leather to represent the porn brothers' empire...

I'm not whining and thinking this is the worst thing ever, but it is just a piss take by the club IMO.
Just don't bother with third kits and not take the pee out of parents whose kids want one at Christmas.
There should be a rule brought in that kits can only change very two seasons. Even the PM has spoke out about this sort of thing. Thankfully i have girls who have no interest in football so no extra outlay or nagging for myself.

I remember that rule, but was never sure if it was a solid rule for teams other than England (which Nike ignored anyway).
